AI & Machine Learning Engineer – Wearable Safety Technology Platform

About the role

The LoopRoots Foundation is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to help develop intelligent features for our Wearable Safety Technology Platform. This role will focus on designing AI-powered capabilities that enhance user safety, automate workflows, provide predictive insights, and support future innovations across our mobile applications and web platform. Working closely with the Director of Product and Technical Lead, you will research, develop, and implement machine learning solutions that improve the overall user experience while maintaining privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and machine learning features for the platform.
• Build intelligent automation and predictive analytics solutions.
• Develop AI-powered assistants and workflow automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into web and mobile applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Optimize AI model performance and accuracy.
• Ensure AI solutions align with privacy, security, and ethical standards.
• Document AI architecture, models, and implementation processes.
• Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Qualifications

• Experience developing AI or machine learning applications.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI frameworks.
• Experience with Python and modern AI development tools.
• Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based AI services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building technology that creates meaningful social impact.
