AI Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions supporting automotive R&D initiatives. The role involves owning end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on production-grade AI for vehicle development, simulation, manufacturing quality, and digital twins.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions supporting automotive R&D initiatives
• Own end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Focus on production-grade AI for vehicle development, simulation, manufacturing quality, and digital twins
• Design AI surrogate models using Graph Convolutional Neural Networks
• Deploy scalable cloud-based AI systems on AWS/Azure
• Implement MLOps best practices such as versioning, drift detection, and CI/CD
• Mentor engineers and establish design standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in CAE, CAD, manufacturing, and data platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields
• 8+ years of AI/ML experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Deep expertise in ML frameworks
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms

• Experience with graph neural networks
• CAE/physics-informed ML
• Automotive design knowledge
