AI & M365 Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, security, and enterprise architecture teams to enable AI adoption across the business.
• Guide development teams in selecting the most suitable AI platforms for various business use cases.
• Mentor users throughout their AI journey and support enterprise AI platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on AI architecture and governance, and assist in moving AI agents into production.
• Participate in the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive innovation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents into production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI data retrieval, RAG concepts, and improving AI responses through data strategies.
• Expertise in security, including agent permissions, identity management, and data governance.
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Copilot licensing, Entra ID, and user support.
