AI Lead / Architect in Greenwood Village, CO (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect with a strong technical background in AI/ML and enterprise architecture.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or AI Engineering
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise in: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)
• End-to-end AI model development and deployment
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Strong cloud expertise with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and MLOps
• Knowledge of AI platform architecture, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance, and enterprise architecture

• Formal people management experience is not required; Technical Leads, Principal Engineers, AI Architects, and Senior AI Engineers with proven leadership experience are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools and AI platform lifecycle management
• Relevant cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
