AI Lead/AI Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a AI Lead/AI Architect to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape the strategy and architecture for autonomous AI and Generative AI solutions that create measurable business impact for enterprise clients. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders and internal delivery teams to identify high-value use cases, define technical direction, and turn complex consulting opportunities into scalable solutions. The position also plays a key role in establishing standards for governance, security, and MLOps excellence across the AI practice.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for AI and autonomous agent systems
• Lead executive workshops to identify AI use cases and readiness
• Architect scalable and reliable autonomous AI systems
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security
• Drive growth by structuring complex AI consulting engagements
• Set technical standards and quality assurance for MLOps workflows

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting and AI architecture
• Experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents
• Designed and deployed production-grade Generative AI applications
• Prior experience as a client-facing resource in technical consulting
• Expertise in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical presentations

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
