Compensation

$100,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a practice-specific AI roadmap
• Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases for the practice
• Translate AI opportunities into actionable business cases
• Lead and oversee practice-embedded AI builders
• Drive practice-level AI adoption and measure business impact
• Act as the point of integration between practice and AI Product Team
• Define the external AI narrative for the practice in collaboration with marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, benefits consulting, or HR advisory
• 3+ years in leadership, strategy, or innovation roles
• Proven track record in technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and building prototypes with platforms like custom GPTs or low-code automation tools
• Experience influencing in a matrixed organization
