AI & GTM Engineer

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of AI tooling, GTM strategy, and marketing execution. You will identify where AI can compress timelines, improve output quality, and unlock competitive advantage for our internal teams and clients - and then actually build those systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit and redesign marketing workflows with AI tooling to increase speed, quality, and scale.
• Build and maintain AI-powered content and campaign pipelines.
• Develop and own firm-wide prompt library, AI SOPs, and workflow playbooks.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new AI tools.
• Partner with client teams to design AI-assisted Go-To-Market solutions.
• Build no-code/low-code automations to connect AI tools into existing martech stacks.
• Train and upskill marketing teams on AI tools and workflows.
• Define and track metrics to prove AI workflow impact.

Requirements - Core Technical Skills

• Expert-level prompt engineering across major LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (image, video, audio generation).
• Workflow automation using no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Familiarity with AI-native martech tools.
• Experience building usable prompt templates, internal AI playbooks, and training materials.

Requirements - Analytical & Data Science Expertise

• Ability to use AI tools to synthesize research, competitive intelligence, and market data.
• Comfort measuring the performance of AI-assisted campaigns and workflows.
• Ability to translate AI workflow data into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot analytics, basic SQL a plus).
• Strong critical thinking around AI outputs.

Requirements - Blockchain & Web3 Experience

• Familiarity with the web3 GTM landscape.
• Working knowledge of how AI and blockchain intersect.
• Awareness of on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, Flipside).
• Strong interest in the Web3 space; prior experience is a strong plus.
