About the role

Three things are non-negotiable. Nail these and you’re winning:

• The podcast: Edit it, clip it, make it travel. Turn one 30-min recording into a week of content.
• The newsletter: Write the thing people actually open. Our brain is full of gold—your job is to mine it.
• LinkedIn & socials: You own the channels. Post, test, learn, repeat. This is the engine room.

Beyond those three, the channels are yours to invent. TikTok? YouTube Shorts? A meme account that somehow closes enterprise deals? If you can argue it’ll grow us, run the experiment. We’d rather you tried ten things and two worked than waited for permission.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute content creation for podcasts, newsletters, and social media channels.
• Transform raw recordings into engaging, shareable content.
• Develop and test new marketing channels and strategies.
• Drive growth through experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• You post, you don’t just scroll. You’ve got a profile with a track record—because posting is the hard part, and you’ve already done the reps.
• You can turn a rough recording into something people actually finish watching.
• You’d rather ship a B+ post today than a perfect one next week.
• You don’t need a 20-page brand guideline to get moving.

You do not need:

• A marketing degree.
• 5 years of experience.
• To have done this exact job before.
