AI Governance Manager

As part of the AI Governance team within the Digital Assurance & Technology team, you will enhance project delivery through innovative methodologies and technology resources. As a Manager, you will lead teams in assessing governance, risk, and control programs while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Responsibilities Leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks to manage risk and compliance for clientsAnalyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic advice and solutionsManaging client engagements, confirming successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projectsCoaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performanceCollaborating with leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectationsUtilizing risk governance knowledge to enhance internal controls and mitigate risksEncouraging innovation and technology adoption to improve service deliveryAddressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholdersUpholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conductIdentifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the firm's success What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Project/Technology ManagementApplying experience in AI/ML governance, risk, controls, audit, testing, and validation, including awareness of AI lifecycles and leading risk frameworks such as NIST and ISOSupporting the design and assessment of AI governance models, policies, standards, and control programs, while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrating proficiency in risk governance methodologiesExcelling in strategic planning and execution for client projectsLeveraging technology and innovation to enhance project deliveryMentoring and developing junior staff to achieve project goalsAnalyzing complex systems to identify opportunities for improvementNavigating ambiguity while maintaining integrity and authenticity in leadership Travel Requirements: Up to 20% Job Posting End Date: The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
