AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Director

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and development of AI and Machine Learning solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Overseeing the implementation of data infrastructure and integration to support scalable AI systems
• Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements
• Mentoring and guiding teams in the application of advanced data analytics and AI techniques
• Promoting technological advancements and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
• Collaborating with executive-level clients to shape strategic directions and deliver impactful solutions
• Utilizing programming languages such as Python and C++ to develop and deploy AI models
• Managing complex data analysis and confirming data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks
• Encouraging creativity and innovation in problem-solving and solution development
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and project success

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
• At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
• Utilizing Python and C++ for complex data analysis and modeling
• Leading AI-driven automation projects with strategic mindset and innovation
• Promoting technological advances in data infrastructure and integration
• Cultivating potential in others through coaching and feedback

Qualifications

• Preference for certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
• Experience leading AI-driven automation projects with strategic mindset and innovation
• Experience promoting technological advances in data infrastructure and integration
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams in the application of advanced data analytics and AI techniques

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
