Responsibilities

• Define the vision, develop the product strategy, validate market opportunities, and build a scalable business focused on physical asset intelligence.
• Identify customer pain points, create innovative solutions, and lead company growth from concept to market adoption.
• Explore and develop solutions around persistent asset identity, real-time condition monitoring, utilization tracking, and performance intelligence.
• Build platforms that enable lenders, insurers, and operators to make better decisions using live asset data.
• Develop new approaches for dynamic collateral valuation, usage-based financing, and insurance models powered by IoT and AI signals.
• Conduct market discovery, validate customer needs, and establish a strong product-market fit strategy.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer acquisition, partnerships, and early revenue generation.
• Build, attract, and lead a high-performing team capable of executing an ambitious technology vision.
• Collaborate with advisors, investors, and industry experts to refine strategy and accelerate company development.
• Drive product development, business operations, fundraising preparation, and long-term company growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, operating, selling, or scaling solutions related to physical asset finance, monitoring, lending, insurance, or industrial technology.
• Experience in areas such as equipment finance, asset-backed lending, commercial credit, IoT, telemetry, or asset valuation platforms.
• Strong understanding of the challenges created by outdated asset tracking, valuation, and performance measurement processes.
• Ability to define a compelling product vision and translate complex industry problems into scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and operate a venture-backed company.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their ability to transform traditional industries.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in the United States or Canada, with the ability to collaborate effectively across North American time zones.
