• Partner with Leland's team to deliver high-impact coaching.

• Hands-on experience using AI to drive better financial insights, efficiency, or outcomes in finance roles.
• Recognizable experience working at companies that use AI in financial contexts.
• Ability to set your own hours and rates for coaching sessions.
• Virtual hosting skills for coaching sessions.
