AI First Engineer Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for one of our Healthcare clients who can ship features end to end across the platform without waiting for someone else to fill in the gaps. The platform is a HIPAA-compliant, cloud-native EHR built FHIR-native from the start.

Responsibilities

• Write code that goes into production
• Ship features end-to-end across the platform
• Work closely with the Lead Product Architect and the rest of the engineering team
• Extend the existing architecture cleanly
• Write code that fits the patterns already in the codebase
• Push back when something does not feel right rather than silently working around it

Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript, React 19, ORMs, Drizzle, Node.js, and related technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted development and tooling like Claude or Cursor
• Ability to work in a remote environment

Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality code
• Experience with FHIR and EHR systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
