About the role
As an AI Enterprise Architect, you will serve as a business-embedded technologist responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering AI-enabled solutions directly within the line of business. You will have a dotted-line relationship to the centralized AI team for governance and scalability. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with business users in a collaborative environment while executing and assisting with the design and development of business-driven projects. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for AI, thrives on building AI-driven workflows, and is driven to uncover hidden inefficiencies and unlock new levels of productivity through intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build business-driven workflow projects using Copilot-based intelligent agents, low-code/no-code automations, and AI-assisted workflows with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Chat.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations, and support the testing and validation of unit code, including error handling through pipelines.
- Identify untapped opportunities and build AI-driven transformations within line-of-business processes.
- Build solutions primarily using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Azure services, and platforms with a focus on Generative AI.
- Drive discovery sprints and AI ideation efforts.
- Stay abreast of broad AI efforts and initiatives by collaborating with the bank-wide AI department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of general Financial Services & Technology is preferred.
- Working knowledge of M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, cloud platforms, and rapid prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Agentic AI, including LLMs, Agents, prompts, and other protocols.
- Understanding of process consulting, process engineering, operations modernization, or business transformation in financial services.
- Experience with automated code build solutions for CI/CD Pipelines.
- Full-stack development experience.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
