What's the Job?

• Process a variety of new accounts including checking, IRA, and CD accounts for customers.
• Collect and verify required customer information, complete account setup, and input data accurately.
• Aid with daily audit certifications and support account changes or supersedes.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies.
• Support cross-selling of bank services and ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

What's Needed?

• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in new accounts processing or related financial services.
• Knowledge of banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
• Proficiency with computer systems, account opening software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
