About The Role We are seeking a Senior GenAI Developer with extensive hands-on experience in both open-source and AWS Generative AI stacks. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and knowledge base chatbots. Your expertise will help deliver accurate, low-hallucination, and observable AI solutions at enterprise scale. Collaborating closely with architects and business stakeholders, you will develop innovative AI applications that enhance healthcare services and operational efficiencies. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States, with specific in-office requirements for candidates in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C., ensuring a dynamic and supportive work environment.
