AI Engineer - Remote
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering advanced AI and data solutions that address real-world mission challenges faced by federal agencies. This role involves designing cloud-agnostic, portable, and resilient AI systems capable of operating across multi-cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The AI Engineer will contribute expertise in data science, machine learning, cloud-native architecture, and Generative AI technologies to foster innovation within federal environments. Key focus areas include developing intelligent document retrieval systems, secure multi-cloud ML platforms, conversational AI, knowledge management solutions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
The role is primarily remote or hybrid within the VA/MD/DC area, with occasional travel to Washington D.C. client sites. An active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
