About The Role BrightPlan is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join its expanding engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing AI-powered features across our platform, with an initial emphasis on improving our AI Coach experience. This position is ideal for an engineer passionate about applying generative AI in a production environment, working closely with product managers and engineers to translate innovative ideas into customer-ready features. The role involves combining Python development, prompt design, and structured data management to deliver impactful user-facing AI functionalities. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact AI features within a real-world fintech environment, contributing to the development of practical AI solutions that directly benefit users.
