AI Engineer - Manager

Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI
• Manage projects from initial architecture through testing phases
• Ensure compliance with MLOps, security, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clients and lead client-facing workshops
• Mentor junior staff members in AI/ML and cloud engineering
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in AI/ML or cloud engineering
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI/ML and cloud solutions
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of AI security and ethical frameworks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
