BUILD, Inc. is a seed-stage venture creating the agentic AI stack for institutional real estate, backed by Index Ventures and c-suite leaders from OpenAI and Blackstone. Already generating 7-figure revenue, the team is automating complex development and acquisitions workflows 90% faster than traditional human processes for trillion-dollar asset managers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end agentic workflows, from prototype to production, building visual reasoning and multi-agent systems that solve real-world problems.
- Partner with domain experts and institutional customers to translate complex real estate tasks into high-performance software, driving the next generation of automation for the built world’s most significant projects.
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to handle complex, long-running real estate development workflows.
- Own and ship full-stack features end-to-end, managing everything from backend agent reasoning logic to polished, high-utility frontend user surfaces.
- Collaborate directly with institutional customers to translate multi-week manual processes into automated outcomes that scale across trillion-dollar asset portfolios.
Requirements
- Has 3-5 years of engineering experience, ideally within high-growth vertical AI companies or elite engineering cultures like Ramp, Scale AI, or Glean.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of shipping production-grade LLM or agentic systems that deliver measurable value to real-world end users.
- Possesses full-stack capabilities with a strong "startup DNA," excelling in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where they can drive projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
