Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes
- Designing and optimizing algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation
- Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth
- Supervising and coaching teams to deliver quality work and meet client expectations
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within complex systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Motivating and inspiring teams to deliver quality results
- Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- One of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning
- Excelling in managing client support and engagement
- Leveraging skills in data and analytics engineering
- Embracing technology and innovation in project execution

Benefits
- The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450.
- For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
- All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000.
