Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes
  • Designing and optimizing algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation
  • Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth
  • Supervising and coaching teams to deliver quality work and meet client expectations
  • Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within complex systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
  • Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Motivating and inspiring teams to deliver quality results
  • Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
  • One of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
  • Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning
  • Excelling in managing client support and engagement
  • Leveraging skills in data and analytics engineering
  • Embracing technology and innovation in project execution

Qualifications

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450.
  • For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000.
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
