About the role

Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a globally recognized technology leader at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of digital experiences and intelligent systems. As an AI Engineer specializing in Automation/Robotics, you will develop and deploy advanced AI models that drive the next generation of autonomous systems, advancing robotic learning and foundation models, and supporting pioneering research in Embodied AI and Robotics.

Responsibilities

• Fine‑tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
• Architect, design, and implement robust test automation infrastructure.
• Develop training and evaluation pipelines using a leading machine learning platform.
• Analyze and refine training datasets for robotic and AI applications.
• Develop tools to provide fast deployment of novel algorithms in simulation and on hardware.
• Integrate robotic control and perception stacks with simulation frameworks.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with simulation environments or robotic hardware.
• Experience performing in‑depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.
• Proven programming experience with expertise in problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• PhD‑level work or studies in a robotics lab.
