AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for the end user.
• Design and implement intelligent agents, copilots, and AI workflows.
• Build and support production RAG systems and enterprise knowledge solutions.
• Evaluate and improve AI system quality, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions.
• Implement AI observability, testing, and evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with Product teams to determine the technical feasibility of AI initiatives.
• Write reliable, well-structured, and tested systems in a CI/CD environment.
• Design and implement best practices for AI engineering and agent development.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field,
• 5+ years of software engineering experience,
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI-powered applications,
• Expertise with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent development,
• Strong expertise in Python and modern software development practices,
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems,
• Experience deploying and supporting production AI systems,
• Experience with Databricks, AWS AI services, or Azure AI services.
