Responsibilities
- Design solutions for the end user.
- Design and implement intelligent agents, copilots, and AI workflows.
- Build and support production RAG systems and enterprise knowledge solutions.
- Evaluate and improve AI system quality, reliability, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions.
- Implement AI observability, testing, and evaluation frameworks.
- Partner with Product teams to determine the technical feasibility of AI initiatives.
- Write reliable, well-structured, and tested systems in a CI/CD environment.
- Design and implement best practices for AI engineering and agent development.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field,
- 5+ years of software engineering experience,
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI-powered applications,
- Expertise with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent development,
- Strong expertise in Python and modern software development practices,
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems,
- Experience deploying and supporting production AI systems,
- Experience with Databricks, AWS AI services, or Azure AI services.
