About the role
The successful candidate will lead the human resources function in Iselin, NJ, overseeing all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage the hiring team
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Plan and conduct training sessions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
