Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 9+ years in software/automation engineering, with 2+ years leading teams or significant technical delivery
• Proven ability to architect agentic/automation solutions and manage engineers building them
• Experience owning delivery commitments in consulting, managed services, or client delivery
• Commercial awareness, including estimation, utilization, and scope management
