Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The role will focus on building enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, intelligent agents, and LLM-powered applications using modern AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and autonomous agents.
- Build and deploy solutions using Databricks Genie, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related AI platforms.
- Develop and optimize applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector search solutions.
- Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications.
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI development experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databricks Genie
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI Agent Development
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration.
- Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other enterprise LLM platforms.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting underwriting, claims, policy servicing, or risk operations.
