AI Enablement Lead

About the role

As the AI Enablement Lead, you'll drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across The Ōnin Group by helping teams work smarter, improve business processes, and embrace innovative technology. You'll partner across the organization to identify practical AI solutions, champion responsible AI use, and empower teammates to confidently integrate AI into their daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with leaders to identify AI opportunities that improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Maximize the use of Google Workspace AI tools, including Gemini, NotebookLM, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
• Research and recommend AI solutions that balance innovation, security, and responsible use.
• Create and deliver AI training, workshops, and learning resources.
• Partner with Information Technology to establish AI governance and best practices.
• Monitor AI adoption, measure results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the organization's trusted resource for AI enablement and business innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise productivity tools; Google Workspace AI experience preferred.
• Able to identify business needs and implement practical AI solutions.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and technology adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment preferred.
