AI Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored AI training programs for various teams
• Establish organization-wide best practices for AI usage
• Make decisions on AI tooling and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Develop and deliver production-ready internal AI tools for critical workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI capabilities
• Create and manage the internal AI roadmap with leadership
• Measure and report on AI tool adoption and effectiveness across the company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI training or implementation
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of AI toolsets and their practical applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing training materials and documentation

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
