About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain enterprise AI governance policies and standards
- Establish AI policy hierarchy for alignment with enterprise regulations
- Translate regulatory frameworks into enforceable policies
- Ensure policies adapt to changing regulations and technology
- Define and document AI governance controls for compliance
- Develop control statements that articulate governance expectations
- Support client teams with AI governance policy and control documentation
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or risk management
- Relevant industry certifications such as AIGP, AAIA, or RAI
- Ability to convert complex AI concepts into policy and standards
- Risk-focused mindset balancing compliance and business goals
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$110,000 – $150,000 annually
