AI Enablement & Governance Lead - Policy, Controls & Compliance

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Own and maintain enterprise AI governance policies and standards
• Establish AI policy hierarchy for alignment with enterprise regulations
• Translate regulatory frameworks into enforceable policies
• Ensure policies adapt to changing regulations and technology
• Define and document AI governance controls for compliance
• Develop control statements that articulate governance expectations
• Support client teams with AI governance policy and control documentation

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or risk management
• Relevant industry certifications such as AIGP, AAIA, or RAI
• Ability to convert complex AI concepts into policy and standards
• Risk-focused mindset balancing compliance and business goals
• Strong written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$110,000 – $150,000 annually
