Their AI agents use LLMs to automate complex customer service interactions while providing real-time conversation intelligence to help contact centers improve performance through empathy and efficiency. As the first AI Enablement Engineer at Replicant, you will build an internal AI program from the ground up. You'll bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business functions like Sales and Finance, creating the "paved road" for AI adoption through MCP integrations, agent identity management, and cost-optimization frameworks. Location: Remote, USA/Canada.

Responsibilities
- Architect the "paved road" for internal AI usage by building MCP integrations, agent identity management systems, and shared agent specifications.
- Develop reusable AI patterns and templates that allow different business functions to deploy and scale their own AI agents and workflows.
- Partner with Finance to implement continuous cost visibility and reduction through prompt caching, intelligent model routing, and optimized agent design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems, Solutions, or IT Engineer within a fast-paced SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Technical proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Shell scripting, alongside experience with API integrations, secure authentication, and MCP systems.
- Possesses a "multiplier's temperament," combining the consultative skills to diagnose business problems with the engineering ability to build scalable, automated solutions.
