AI Enablement & Community Lead

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve AI training programs (foundational literacy, role-specific fluency, advanced practitioner development)
- Partner with functional leads to understand skill gaps and tailor learning pathways
- Develop self-paced resources, workshops, certifications, and onboarding materials
- Track learning outcomes and adoption metrics
- Build and run internal AI community (channels, forums, events, office hours)
- Identify and cultivate internal AI champions and power users
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and peer learning
- Translate complex AI developments into relatable narratives for employees
- Develop internal communications (newsletters, spotlights) highlighting AI wins and use cases
- Represent AI & Data team at all-hands meetings and internal events
- Serve as thought partner to Chief AI & Data Officer on human dimensions of AI strategy
- Collaborate with HR on integrating AI competencies into talent development frameworks
- Stay current on enterprise AI trends and adult learning best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in learning & development, organizational change, technical training, or community building (ideally in technology-forward or professional services)
- Ability to make complex technical topics accessible to non-technical audiences
- Experience building programs from scratch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its practical workplace applications
- Comfort in high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Experience working cross-functionally without direct authority
Qualifications
- Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or professional services
- Experience with LMS and adult instructional design
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
