About the role

The AI Enablement & Adoption Analyst at Entravision is responsible for driving AI adoption across the company's workforce. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, creating enablement materials, and championing AI adoption through structured pilots and iterative enablement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs on enterprise AI tools like Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, NotebookLM, Gamma, and others.
• Develop accessible enablement materials such as guides, short-form videos, and use case libraries to assist employees at various technical levels.
• Engage with users ranging from beginners to advanced users, providing practical workflows and addressing their AI-related questions.
• Identify departmental use cases, facilitate structured pilots, and refine enablement strategies based on adoption metrics.
• Prototype lightweight AI-powered tools and applications using no-code, low-code, and light-code platforms to demonstrate feasibility and accelerate adoption.
• Communicate adoption trends and program results to leadership, develop internal newsletters, and coordinate with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, digital transformation, training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with one or more major AI platforms, including the ability to train others on their use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to present to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, with confidence and clarity.
• Able to motivate and engage users at all proficiency levels and drive real adoption.
• Comfortable with prototyping using no-code/low-code tools or light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Apps Script).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity or international organization preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
