AI-DNA VP, Channel Sales - GFI Software

Responsibilities

• Directly support our most strategic channel partners — Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier resellers and service providers — across North America, helping them position and sell GFI's SMB-focused security and communication products.
• Leverage GenAI tools to review your team's work at scale, identify patterns, and develop data-driven process improvements.
• Provide frequent, targeted coaching to improve your team's performance — informed by AI-generated insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of sales or account management experience
• 3+ years of channel sales leadership experience, ideally within a reseller or service provider partner model
• Experience with B2B software sales especially in the SMB market; familiarity with network security, IT management, or business communication software is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of tiered partner programs and how to engage and grow Bronze, Silver, and Gold level reseller relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A work schedule that has at least 80% overlap with standard working hours in North America
• Willingness to travel occasionally as you deem necessary to meet your goals
• Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve work quality and productivity

Pay

Predictable, fixed compensation of USD 200,000 per year that isn't dependent on quotas or commissions.

Schedule

Fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States, with some travel as you define.
