Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are both functional and enhance user experience.
- Create clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code reviews.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against aggressive schedules.
- Contribute to design and architecture investigations and decisions.
- Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing opportunities to engage directly with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- No less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
- Experience building successful production scalable software systems preferred.
- Programming languages: 3-5+ years of experience with Java or C#.
- Frameworks: 3-5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, .Net or .Net Core.

What We Offer
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900.
- The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.
- Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
