About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and fast-learning AI Development Executive to lead AI adoption across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Research newly released AI platforms, products, and features.
- Evaluate AI tools and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.
- Test and compare different AI models, platforms, and workflows.
- Research AI best practices, productivity techniques, and automation opportunities.
- AI Adoption & Employee Support
- Help employees effectively use AI tools in their daily work.
- Identify repetitive business processes that can be improved using AI.
- Recommend department-specific AI workflows and solutions.
- Create prompt libraries, AI templates, and reusable workflows.
- Provide one-on-one AI support whenever employees require assistance.
- Continuously collect employee feedback and improve AI usage across the company.
