About the role

The Moveworks Agentic AI Developer is a key member of our expanding AI practice, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent workflows and autonomous agents on the Moveworks platform. This remote role, based in Texas, requires a deep technical understanding of Moveworks AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, natural language processing, and automation engineering. The successful candidate will build end-to-end agentic automations that support IT service delivery, security remediation, HR processes, and enterprise operations, ultimately enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with architects, business process consultants, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into sophisticated autonomous agent behaviors, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing AI-driven or automation-based solutions using Moveworks, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, MS Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Moveworks configuration, integrations, and custom actions.
  • Strong proficiency with APIs, JSON, automation frameworks, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Solid experience with at least one ecosystem: ServiceNow, O365/M365 administration, or HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in designing conversational experiences and natural-language automation logic.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into structured agent behavior and autonomous decision flows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Moveworks autonomous agents to support workflows across IT, HR, Security, and Enterprise Services.
  • Create natural-language-based automations, conversational flows, and generative responses to enhance user interactions.
  • Configure Moveworks skills, actions, integrations, and domain connectors to facilitate seamless automation.
  • Utilize Moveworks APIs and custom actions to automate tasks across platforms such as ServiceNow, Okta, Azure AD, O365, Workday, Slack, Teams, Jira, and others.
  • Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) prompts, test output accuracy, and refine agent decision-making logic.
  • Develop secure integrations between Moveworks and enterprise platforms, ensuring compliance and data security.
  • Automate resolution steps for common incidents, user provisioning, password resets, and workflow tasks.
  • Implement structured data ingestion, knowledge synchronization, and retrieval patterns to support intelligent automation.
  • Define agent behavior policies, safeguards, escalation paths, and compliance standards, including adherence to NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and emerging U.S. AI oversight rules.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for prompts, flows, integrations, and governance procedures.
  • Participate in requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder demos to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-deployment optimization efforts, providing training and enablement to client teams.
