About the role
We are looking for an AI Developer who can build, refine, and support intelligent applications that address business and technical needs. The role offers the chance to contribute to practical AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-driven software solutions that support project and business objectives.
- Partner with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable technical implementations.
- Build, test, and optimize models, services, or application components that incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Integrate AI functionality into existing systems and ensure reliable performance across environments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, improve solution quality, and recommend refinements based on results and feedback.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation covering architecture, workflows, and implementation details.
- Contribute to code reviews, development standards, and best practices to promote maintainable, high-quality software.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and engineering approaches to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on artificial intelligence solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI concepts, development methods, and implementation practices.
- Ability to design and deliver scalable applications or services that incorporate AI capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in writing clear technical documentation and communicating complex concepts effectively.
- Commitment to code quality, testing, and maintainable development practices.
