Requirements

• 4–5 years of software engineering experience, with a heavy track record of creating and implementing interactive, production-level voice agents
• Proven, hands-on production experience building with Retell AI — comfortable overriding default configurations and handling custom backend triggers
• Advanced proficiency in Lambda and Python; experience with AWS services and databases; specialization in asynchronous programming for real-time streaming data
• Extensive experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and telephony platforms such as Twilio (handling numbers, outbound triggers, and call routing) and Vonage
