Ai Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications supporting guest-facing systems: online check-in and embarkation, room access and onboard systems, dining, kids club, and guest activity platforms, payments, retail, excursions, and experiences, facial recognition for disembarkation.
• Participate in full SDLC from concept through production support.

AI-Enhanced Engineering

• Leverage tools like Cursor and Claude to accelerate coding and debugging, generate documentation, and improve development workflows.
• Apply AI to code generation, test creation, and system design support.

AI Workflow & Automation

• Build AI-enabled automations such as code review assistants, security and quality validation tools, and Jira ticket generation and documentation automation.
• Implement guardrails, standards, and governance for AI usage.

Code Review & Quality

• Ensure AI-assisted code meets architecture standards and production readiness.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and engineering best practices.

Agile / Sprint-based Development

• Tools include JIRA for workflow management and AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with: Flutter, Angular, .NET, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience building AI assistants, internal tools, workflow automations, intelligent search, summarization, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks or agent-based workflows, DevOps automation, and pipeline integration.
• Experience working in large enterprise or matrixed environments.
• Exposure to secure development standards and governance frameworks.
