Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Quality, and Manufacturing to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into automated reporting, dashboards, and workflow solutions.
  • Serve as an internal consultant helping departments leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and business performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Identify repetitive or manual business processes suitable for automation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI platforms and technologies for organizational value and practical implementation.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions within ERP and CRM systems to streamline operational and customer-facing processes.
  • Develop AI best practices, governance standards, and scalable automation strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive analytics utilizing ERP, CRM, and business data.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Support data visualization and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
  • Assess AI applications, software platforms, and digital tools for usability, scalability, security, and long-term business value.
  • Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate emerging technologies prior to enterprise implementation.
  • Recommend technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and organizational scalability.
  • Train employees on AI technologies, automation capabilities, and best practices.
  • Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials supporting new systems and processes.
  • Drive organizational adoption by ensuring solutions are user-friendly, practical, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, process improvement, automation, artificial intelligence, or technology implementation.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and project coordination abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting ERP and CRM systems.
