About the role
We are continuously building our pipeline of exceptional technical professionals to support innovative, cutting-edge initiatives across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. We are currently seeking talented professionals across multiple disciplines—including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, DevSecOps, Cloud, Systems, and Cybersecurity.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with modern development and cloud technologies, including:
- Languages: Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
- DevOps Tools: Docker, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines
- Data Platforms: SQL, Spark, Databricks, or distributed data architectures
- Systems Integration: Experience with API development and cloud-native application development
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within technical teams
Desired Skills
- Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or MLOps frameworks
- Demonstrated practice with DevSecOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Knowledge of advanced cybersecurity engineering principles and threat mitigation within cleared spaces
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software lifecycle management
Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $220,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

- Pay: Nyla starts with 4 weeks of Annual Leave plus 11 holidays and an additional day of Annual Leave for each year you’re at the company. You have the flexibility to cash out your annual leave hours, opt out of other Nyla benefits, and/or arrange for additional hours on contract (over 40 hrs/week). There’s even an option to earn 1.3 times your hourly rate once you work over 1,880 hours on contract.
- Leave: Buy additional annual leave for a total of 6 weeks (240 hours) plus 11 holidays, including paid anniversary leave.
