Responsibilities
- Translate healthcare challenges into impactful AI/ML models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply data science in real-world processes
- Implement autonomous chart review, compliance forecasting, and quality analytics solutions
- Develop models for document understanding leveraging OCR, NER, and vision technologies
- Enhance payment integrity through automated QA and documentation anomaly detection
- Promote engineering standards by creating internal libraries and reusable components
- Manage the entire model lifecycle, including monitoring and post-deployment analysis
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in data science or machine learning roles with proven outcomes
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles including data structures and algorithms
- Expertise in Python and SQL for building reusable model packages
- Familiarity with ML techniques such as tree ensembles, NLP, and deep learning
- Experience working with large, unstructured datasets with a focus on data quality
- Proficient in version control and CI/CD practices using Git
- Exceptional data visualization skills and the ability to articulate complex insights
- Ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic environments
