About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support to customers on various products and services
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as necessary
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
