About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support to customers on various products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as necessary
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
