AI, Data & Cloud Director

The role involves leading AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives utilizing Google Cloud AI services to enhance business operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee the design and deployment of multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions.
• Drive business development by identifying market opportunities, creating proposals, and securing new client engagements.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technology.
• Leadership experience in consulting or technology organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer are advantageous.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud's AI ecosystem, including the design of scalable, secure, and integrated AI-powered workflows such as chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX).
• Experience designing multi-agent conversational AI.
• Experience implementing AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP.
• Deep knowledge of ethical AI, MLOps, and best practices for scaling AI solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
