AI Consulting Governance & Strategy Expert (AI Community)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Strategic Roadmap Development
• Build and implement robust AI governance structures, including accountability models (RACI), policy guidelines, and ethical review processes
• Lead cross-functional assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks related to bias, privacy, and security
• Develop rubrics for Model Explainability and Fairness, ensuring that AI-driven decisions are traceable, unbiased, and socially responsible
• Facilitate workshops and training programs to bridge the "AI expertise barrier," fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and ethical AI adoption

Qualification path What You Bring (Mandatory Qualifications)

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus), Management Information Systems, or Ethics/Philosophy. An MBA or JD is highly preferred
• Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances and lead local stakeholder engagements
• English Proficiency: Minimum B1 (Intermediate) level English to collaborate with our global community and interpret international regulatory frameworks
• Strategy Experience: 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or corporate governance with a focus on emerging technologies
