AI Concept Designer

About the role

We're seeking an AI Concept Designer to help shape the future of film and entertainment concept development. This person will use cutting-edge generative AI tools to create high-quality visual concepts, storyboards, pre-vis assets, pitch materials, marketing content, and creative prototypes that support film, television, and emerging media initiatives.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

Responsibilities

• Create production-quality AI-generated imagery, video, storyboards, pitch visuals, and marketing assets for film and television projects.
• Develop prompts, workflows, and reusable creative pipelines using tools such as fal.ai, Runway, ComfyUI, Flux, Firefly, Veo, and other emerging AI platforms.
• Partner with filmmakers, producers, artists, marketers, and creative stakeholders to rapidly visualize concepts and iterate on creative direction.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend techniques that improve creative quality, consistency, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in film, animation, VFX, motion design, visualization, creative production, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as fal.ai, Runway, ComfyUI, Flux, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, composition, lighting, shot design, storyboarding, and visual development.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content creation and the ability to rapidly turn creative concepts into polished deliverables.

Preferred experience

• Film studio, entertainment marketing, VFX, animation, gaming, or creative agency background.
• Experience building repeatable AI workflows, prompt libraries, and node-based creative pipelines.
• Familiarity with image-to-video workflows, character consistency, style control, LoRAs, and other advanced generative AI techniques.
