AI Co-Founder / CTO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About the Opportunity

We are serial entrepreneurs (e.g., Paul Müller, founder of Adjust with a €1.2B exit, and Petter Made, founder of SumUp valued at €8B) seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale €1B+ companies. We support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs with the following:

• A salary while you build your startup as a direct employee, or up to €500k in funding
• Weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders
• Access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors
• Support in hiring top talent through our network of over 50,000 professionals
• Guidance in reaching product-market-fit and building a sales force or marketing engine
• Funding support to secure a multi-million euro round within 12 months (average raise: > €2M; record pre-seed for a first-time founder: €12M)

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI
• Participate in an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, including a customized program for goal, time, and energy management
• Leverage our network of over 50,000 professionals for hiring, with advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding
• Iterate your product with us until achieving product-market-fit, and build a sales force or marketing engine

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
• Willing to take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues
• Excellent communication skills in English
