AI Catalyst & Product Manager

Position Overview

Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives by identifying high-value AI use cases, redesigning business workflows, and driving implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate opportunities into practical AI products, agents, copilots, and workflow solutions
Drive organizational change, user adoption, and workforce upskilling while helping teams effectively integrate AI into day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Management Consulting
• Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
• Strong experience analyzing, documenting, and redesigning business processes and workflows
• Experience driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
• Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills
