Responsibilities

• Assist with AI, automation, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate business applications.
• Support business process improvement and workflow automation projects.
• Assist with member engagement and experience analytics.
• Help measure and report on project outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
• Present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Applicants should be pursuing a degree in one or more of the following areas:

  • Mathematics
  • Statistics

Desired Skills

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Position Details

Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
Flexible scheduling around academic commitments
Hybrid work arrangement with some on-site participation required
Competitive compensation: $25-$28/hour
