AI Builder, Emerging Talent Manager
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action, tech meets trust, and innovation is a way of life. We're looking for Trailblazers passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and upholding Salesforce's core values.
About the role
As the Manager of Emerging Talent for the AI Builder Program, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-caliber team of AI-native graduates, bringing a fresh approach to problem-solving. This is a frontier-pushing leadership position designed to channel native AI mindsets into boundary-breaking, real-world customer transformations. It blends people leadership, technical direction, consulting mentorship, and program development with a focus on pioneering AI approaches to deliver extraordinary outcomes.
